储油罐机械清洗原理

储油罐机械清洗技术是将被清洗储罐底部具有流动性的油品移送至接收油罐,将清洗油供给罐中的油品经加温加压后通过清洗机搅拌、溶解罐内剩余凝固油,经过滤器清除杂质后移送至接收油罐,比较后用温水对储罐内各部位进行循环清洗,以达到罐内动火条件。在清洗过程中持续注人惰性气体至被清洗储罐,从而使其内部氧气浓度始终保持在8VoL%以下,防止爆炸等危险的发生;配备氧气及可燃气体检测装置,时刻监测被清洗储罐内的氧气及可燃气体浓度,确保机械清洗作业安全运行。
